Date: September 18th, 2015 Location: Brooklyn; Nat's Apartment Summary: Clint's finally found his way back into New York, and his first stop is to visit Natasha at her apartment in Brooklyn to catch up with her and hopefully begin to settle back into the city. Brooklyn. At long last. He'd considered going right back to the tower, but had quickly decided against it when the consideration that the majority of the team would be there and that would mean either a lot of explaining or a lot of improvising a way to avoid explaining exactly why he was back considering the fact that he hadn't called ahead to anyone. So Brooklyn it had been because he could handle the one person he came here with hopes of finding. If there was anyone he could trust with the whirlwind of emotions and thoughts playing on his mind heavily still, it'd be Natasha. If anyone could understand, it'd be her. She'd seen the best and worst of him, after all... It felt like it'd been a pretty good while since he'd been back here, but he could still remember the place well enough. It was a decent, more quiet neighborhood, and Clint could definitely appreciate that and see why Natasha could do the same. Honestly, he was almost a little nervous about just showing up out of the blue. Why was a question he didn't have an answer for, nor did he get too in-depth with it inside his head. He'd likely only wind up confusing himself even more than he was already... He probably made for something of an odd sight with his archery equipment and gym bag or two of clothes enough to at least get him started once he settled back into the city. Finally, he found himself outside of his best friend's apartment. He bit softly at the inside of his lower lip as he raised a hand to knock against the door, "Nat, it's Clint! You home?" For all he could tell, she might not be. He really should've called ahead... For Nat <3 | I HAVE SOME SCARS FROM WHERE I'VE BEEN YOU'VE GOT EYES THAT CAN SEE RIGHT THROUGH ME |
