Sympathy for the Devil

Ummmmmmmm. Loki has serious trust issues, so friends is a stretch right out of the gate, and even down the road it's not something I'd bet actual money on. One good thing about Darcy (as far as Loki knows, anyway) is that unless Jane or Thor have talked at length about him in front of her, she has zero idea about his tendency to betray people in the most spectacular and painful (for them) fashion possible. So he'll have fun with that. He manipulates and uses people, and when someone's outlived their usefulness to him, he casts them off like a worn-out sweater and moves on to the next con.

I suppose they could run into each other at some point either between his run-in with Clint and his meeting with Jane in Australia, or if he ends up back stateside after the whole thing with Jane. Unless she happens to be in Australia with Jane, but that part isn't up to me. I'm honestly not seeing him crashing in her apartment unless he has zero idea that it's hers. If he ends up in anyone's apartment, it's going to be because he's hiding and is hoping that he'd be gone before they got back.

Fair warning, if she draws anything even remotely resembling a weapon, Loki's got a quick hand and several throwing knives within easy reach, to say nothing of his dagger. He's not going to be taken down nearly as easy as his brother, even if his magic reserves are low. So tazing is probably not going to happen unless she manages to sneak up on him, but with the whole "hiding from his brother" thing, Loki's going to be on high alert and very very aware of his surroundings.
